Out of curiosity we conducted a leadership survey in October of 2020 to help us understand how the challenges of 2020 impacted on organisations and their people. The information that was shared was really insightful and very consistent across sector and size of business.
We followed it up with one in June 2021 to measure what, if anything, had changed so far.
