For over two decades, I have worked with leaders to turn large poor performing and toxic businesses around so that they are at the top of their game, the best of these generating over $20m in profit. I have also worked with leaders to drive their team sales by over 200% and triple the size of their business. My mentoring has resurrected lagging leaders considered ‘bottom third’ to be star performers and game changing role models.
