A Big Tick Off ‘My Life List’

Have you ever had a lifelong dream?

Mine is about to come true. Next week, I’ll be traveling to the Northern Territory in Central Australia—a monumental check on my ‘Life List,’ as termed by Kate Christie. Previous attempts were disrupted by unforeseen circumstances like Covid and personal health challenges. Now, with those hurdles behind me, I’m set for this adventure.

I am excited by the prospect of experiencing the indigenous culture, tasting the local cuisine, and creating unforgettable memories under some of the clearest, most star-studded skies in the world. The Northern Territory, renowned for its exceptional stargazing conditions due to minimal light pollution, is the ideal backdrop to marvel at the universe’s wonders.

This trip is more than just fulfilling personal goals; it’s about consciously choosing to disconnect. Turning off from the digital noise and immersing myself in the natural world is a deliberate choice—one that replenishes my creativity, energy, and passion for my business.

It is a privilege to live fully in the moment and embrace the raw beauty of our surroundings.

Gary Snyder once said, “Nature is not a place to visit. It is home.” This sentiment deeply resonates with me as I prepare to immerse myself in the expansive landscapes that the Northern Territory offers.

The year began on a high note with the launch of my book, numerous interviews, and continuous engagements such as workshops and mentoring. It’s been a whirlwind of activity with barely a moment to pause. Thus, this journey comes at a perfect time, allowing me a breather before returning to an exciting schedule filled with workshops and keynote presentations.
